Concentrated Powder Instructions
Follow these steps to prepare your concentrated herbal powder:
- Take the recommended dose of herbs twice a day, before or after food.
- Mix the powder with approximately 50 millilitres of boiling water.
NB: Making a paste first can help ensure a smooth mixture.
Boiled Herb Instructions
To prepare your boiled herbs, follow this process:
Preparation:
- Use one bag of herbs for two days.
First Boil:
- Empty the bag into a saucepan with 500 millilitres of water.
- Bring to a boil, then simmer with the lid on for 20 minutes.
- Strain the fluid and keep it to one side.
Second Boil:
- Add 1200 millilitres of water to the same herbs.
- Bring to a boil and simmer for 40 minutes.
- Strain this fluid as well.
Combination and Consumption:
- Combine both batches of fluid.
- Drink a quarter of the fluid twice each day, around 15 minutes before or after food, in the morning and evening.
Storage:
- Keep the fluid airtight in the fridge.
- Warm gently before drinking.
